The brief

Aimbridge EMEA’s executive committee was looking for an interactive media training workshop that would provide the insight, practical know-how and reassurance needed to take part in media interviews with confidence and composure.  

Delivery

We designed and delivered a bespoke, practical half-day media training workshop that was tailored to the senior team’s roles, experience, the industry and real‑world scenarios.

The workshop blended insight-rich learning, covering topics such as what the media does and doesn’t want, as well as how to stay in control of key messages during an interview.

We also put their skills to the test with mock media interviews carried out, both on and off camera, and detailed individual feedback provided to each attendee to help refine their approach in the future.

The results

Feedback from the session was very positive, with all attendees stating that they’d left with new skills. Confidence is higher and participants are already taking part in more interviews and panel appearances.
