We started work with Aimbridge EMEA (formerly Interstate Hotels & Resorts) in 2015. Since then, we've been delivering a proactive, strategic schedule of PR activity to raise the third-party hotel management company's profile on the international hospitality stage, supporting the organisation through mergers and global growth.

The brief

Our remit with Aimbridge EMEA is to position the company as a leading third-party hotel management company across the UK, Europe and beyond. Our work aims to assert the expertise of the Aimbridge team and showcase growth and value for owners across the company's portfolio of 120+ hotels.


We work seamlessly with Aimbridge's in-house marketing and PR team, as well as the company's US-based PR agency, to advise on and deliver a proactive schedule of PR activity across the EMEA region, targeting key publications within the hospitality and investment spaces.

Core elements of this delivery include:

  • Identifying and securing opportunities for interview; 
  • Thought leadership features; 
  • Media relations to highlight new property signings and openings; 
  • Support with employee communication;
  • Crisis communication support across the Aimbridge EMEA portfolio.

With the client enjoying such rapid growth, our work with Aimbridge is fast-paced and highly responsive, ensuring the company's owner-focused messaging is communicated effectively throughout.


The results

Our work generates an ongoing stream of positive, on-message coverage in key trade titles including Hotel Owner, Hotel Analyst, Hospitality Net, HOTELS Magazine, The Caterer and more. 

We regulary harness thought leadership opportunities in target media outlets and secure interviews with key titles in advance of major announcements, such as the company's recent corporate identity change

Our work has also generated an uptick in in-bound media enquiries seeking Aimbridge's expert comment in response to industry developments.

And, through our out of hours on-call service, we're on hand to provide quick-response crisis support to the hotels within the portfolio.
