We're looking for a business coach

We’re now seeking a business coach who can help us stay aligned with that vision while challenging us to think bigger and smarter.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strategic growth support

You’ll help us shape and refine our long-term business strategy. We’re not chasing rapid, high growth - we’re building something meaningful, balanced and impactful.

✅ PR industry insight

You understand the current landscape of the PR world and have experience coaching agencies and/or teams and individuals within it. You speak our language and know the terrain.

✅ Empathy and understanding for our work/life balance

You understand the unique challenges we face as working mothers juggling family life alongside running a business and can support us with insight, empathy, and practical tools to navigate these challenges.

✅ Quarterly Coaching Sessions

We hold away days each quarter and would like to integrate coaching into these. Sessions can be virtual, but they must be impactful.

✅ Challenge and accountability

We want someone who will push us to think differently, question assumptions and hold us accountable to the goals we set as a business.
